For a glowing skin

Often Dermatologists and aesthetician's disagree on which types of soaps or cleansers to be used for a glowing skin, (which is normally very difficult to answer, since every skin is so unique, that the one is so perfect for someone will give some adverse effect for the other.) but all agree that once you find a product that works well for your skin, you should continue to use it.

Some important Tips:

Shower or bath in tepid rather than steaming hot water. Hot water can strip your skin of needed moisture, while cold water can shock your skin.

Avoid using cleansers that tend to over dry your skin.

Use only non comedogenic moisturisers and sunscreen products.

Remember that your efforts to keep your oily skin clear can only go so far, as some studies indicate that oily skin is hereditary.

For dry skin:

Get sufficient sleep as the skin's cellular repair activity is at its optimum during this resting phase.

Exercise benefits skin as it boosts circulation and encourages blood flow.

Regular exercise will nourish and clears your skin from within.

Use a moisturizing skin lotion that is being recommended by the cosmetologist.
