Mirror of your age Your SKIN

Our skin is the best enemy of us to expose our age,since it becomes necessary to keep our youth intact the primary care to be given to our skin. It is also not so big and hard issue just understand a few basic things about out skin and do what it needs to be done and stay young.
Normally our skin is of three types. 1.Normal skin 2.oily skin 3.Dry skin. To find out to what skin type we are when you wake up in the morning take a tissue paper and clean your face.If the paper is oily you can say you belong to oily skin type, if the paper shines then you belong to normal skin, and if the paper doesn't show any difference then you belong to dry skin type.

Normal Skin (Natural Skin):
Those who come in this type of skin are much gifted, since maintaining this type skin is very easy.Just wash in ordinary water and apply milk cream on the face, leave it for 5 minutes and wash enough to be gorgeous.

This skin type should take a lot of butter milk( minimum 6 glasses) can take cucumber ginger mix and hot water, and mixed fruit salads this will keep their skin healthy and soft.

Dry Skin:
Since this skin type is always dry it will get ruff very quickly and also develop wrinkles soon,so to keep the moisture in their skin they should use moisturizers continuously especially in hot weather and cold cream in cold seasons.

Should eat food that contains vitamins and minerals more.Take care not to get constipation.Apply cucumber paste to their skin and once in a week apply oil all over their body massage it and take bath, this will help in retaining the moisture in the skin.

Oily Skin:
This skin type people should go for steaming once in a week so that all the pores in your skin will open and blockage will be removed, after steaming apply face pack.

If you belong to this skin type take plenty of green vegetables, and lot of fruits.Take butter milk with coriander leaves minimum 3 glasses a day.Before going to bed wash your face in warm water and towel it.Reduce the amount of oil intake and take carrot juice twice a week.

Taking care in the above ways will certainly help in keeping your skin intact.
